In the more than thirty-five years since Amy Nease relocated to Florida from the suburbs of Detroit, Michigan, she has acquired a solid background in management, sales and marketing in the retail industry. Amy worked her way through college at the University of South Florida where she earned a bachelor’s degree from the prestigious Muma College of Business, a school that emphasizes business analytics and creative solutions. Since 1997, Amy has spent more than twenty years working successfully in the new home construction industry specializing in the luxury custom home market. This includes sixteen years at Mediterra, a prestigious private golf course community in Naples as well as Bonita Bay, The Brooks and West Bay Club. The strong Midwestern work ethic with which she was raised, and her commitment to providing exceptional customer service, is evident in her more than $250 million in closed sales. Along with receiving the GRI designation as a graduate of the REALTOR® Institute, Amy has earned the CLHMS designation from the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing, recognized as the mark of accomplishment in luxury markets around the world.
