Call Jeff Moseley to set up a tour of the property! Jeff Moseley, a broker for over 14 years, joined Sotheby's International Realty in February 2013. Prior to Sotheby's International Realty, Jeff was owner and president of Anchor Realty, a successful boutique real estate brokerage firm established in Tiburon in 1979. In prior years, Jeff worked for Oracle Corporation and John Hancock in Beverly Hills. Jeff received his BA degree in political science from the University of Southern California. Jeff has extensive experience and knowledge of land entitlement, development and home construction that far exceeds the industry norm. Jeff was raised in a multi-generational real estate, land development and marine construction family. His father and grandfather were developers of prominent real estate developments in the Bay Area including Tiburon, Hillsborough and Corte Madera as well as the Virgin Islands. Jeff's father grew up in the famous Carolands mansion, and his grandfather developed the property surrounding the estate. His family also developed Paradise Cay, a waterfront community in Tiburon modeled after Balboa Island in Newport Beach. Additionally, Jeff and his family developed the Paradise Cay Yacht Harbor. Jeff's mother founded Anchor Realty in 1979 and has been a broker for over 34 years herself. Jeff has been one of the most successful independent brokers in Marin County for the past 10 years. Now with the Sotheby's International Realty brand behind him, his marketing presence will be even stronger. His area of expertise is luxury waterfront properties, but he knows the entire Marin Market thoroughly as he grew up in Tiburon and went to Bel Aire, Del Mar and Redwood High Schools. It is extremely important to Jeff to make sure his clients are familiar with the various micro-climates in Marin and the areas they are considering. Equally important to Jeff are the school districts and resale values. Jeff's unique approach of touring his clients by boat on the San Francisco Bay, when appropriate, is very efficient and gives his buyers a different perspective on properties. Jeff is a two-time world champion sailor and a member of the Meadow Club, San Francisco Yacht Club, Saint Francis Yacht Club and Tiburon Yacht Club. He enjoys sailing, skiing, golf, biking and motocross. He resides in Tiburon with his wife, Kristin, son Croix, and their two daughters, Chandler and Morgan who attend Marin Country Day School and are the fifth generation of Moseleys being raised in Marin.
