Her obsession with detail and work ethics has allowed Right Address Realty to be what it is today and growing day by day. Besides being the Principal Broker, Marilyn provides operational support for our agents, is our tech geek and manages the strategic marketing plans for the brokerage.

What Our Clients have to say

"We have now been involved in two transactions with Marilyn Santiago and Sahba Samimi - buying a property in DC and selling that same property two years later. Marilyn is a superstar with respect to market knowledge, which was the biggest asset to us as both buyers and sellers. We had not intended to move so soon after buying, but a unique job opportunity forced us to move several states away. We thought we would face an extreme uphill battle trying to reclaim the money we had invested in our home to make it ours, which included several owner-specific renovations. Marilyn and Sahba helped us increase curb appeal and created a fantastic marketing platform to ensure our property sold for top-dollar and we walked away completely happy and excited about our next move! My husband and I were extremely impressed with their professionalism and the speed with which they worked to get our house on the market ASAP, and we could not be more grateful for their expertise when it comes to the DMV housing market"
