General: The owners bought this house and took it down to the studs. I drove past and saw it literally dirt with half of the original wood remaining. It was built again and it's pretty much a brand new house through and through. All the lath and plaster is gone and it's all new drywall. They put in sheer walls and reinforced the foundation.
Windows: The windows are all solid wood Pella windows with built in screens that slide into pockets so when the windows are closed, there are no screens on the windows and when the windows are open, the screens slide over the open space.
